To introduce the Jump Rope for Heart Program and the Star Program to teachers and train them in the skills of teaching rope skipping, the Hong Kong College of Cardiology periodically organizes elementary rope skipping instructor certificate courses. It is a one-day workshop with both theoretical and practical sessions. Those who complete the workshop will be awarded a certificate and become a qualified “Star Program Assessor”.
35 instructor certificate courses were held in the past years. There are now 2,847 qualified assessors.
The coming certificate course will be held on 18 January 2025 (Sunday) at SKH St. Andrew’s Primary School. Please refer to the Rope Skipping Instructor Certificate Course Entry Form for details.
